Santa developed a Contactcenter for making it much
easier for the children to place the wishes in the
correct Christmas gifs department.

Aastra Ascotel
Miralix has developed software that works with
the Ascotel
telephone systems from Aastra. The Miralix software
include Operator console, client applications and
calender integration
10.12.2007 The Minister of The environment
visited the new headquarter of Miralix and NW
Gruppen
The Minister and MP, Troels Lund Poulsen (V),
visited Miralix to get a personal demonstration of
the Intelligent Building System. In the New Miralix
and NW Gruppen Headquarters the light, ventilation,
telephony, heating and access control is
electronically controlled by the Miralix server in
order to save energy and improve the efficiency in
the new building.
Preben Kirkeby greeted the Minister who
congratulated Miralix and NW Gruppen with the fine
new headquarters.

Australia and New Zealand
Miralix and MESSAGEmanager Solutions have signed an
agreement regarding distribution of Miralix CTI
software for Alcatel-Lucent telephone systems in
Australia and New Zealand. Both parties have great
expectations to the outcome of this partnership.
Alcatel-Lucent partners in Australia and New Zealand
will as a consequence of this agreement be able to
deliver state of the art messaging, click to dial
and email/calendar integrated solutions for the
emerging IP market.

Miralix NW Email & NW Calendar version 3 now
supports both NEC Philips Business ConneCT and NEC
Philips SSV60E.
The Miralix software
now also supports OpenWorks, so both PhoneWare and
OpenWorks databases are supported in version 3.

Miralix has signed a software development agreement
with TDC, who is the leading provider of
communication solutions in Denmark.
Within this software development agreement Miralix
delivers PC operators for LG-Nortel iPECS IP
telephone system through the TDC sales organization.
Both TDC and the customers have great
expectations to the PC switchboard, Miralix
OfficeOperator, which provides the operators with
a more efficient call handling tool that also
enhances the service level.
TDC can with this agreement supply the customers
with a software solution for the LG-Nortel iPECS
that meets the high demands for integration, which
normally is seen in the North European Countries.
The Miralix software for LG-Nortel iPECS is already
available for shipments.

second time won the Danish “gazelle” award for being
one of the fastest growing company’s in Denmark. One
of the reasons for the Miralix growth is the
constant focus on the customers need in the
development of software solutions for IP-, digital-
and mobile communication.
