Miralix´s mission
Miralix aims to maintain continued 2-digit growth and a proportional increase in staff numbers. This is to be achieved by maintaining long-term customer relationships through good customer service, together with continued innovation and further development.

Miralix also aims to expand its exports through long-term partnerships with foreign partners.

Standardised products will be distributed via established Miralix distributors and create further export growth.

It can be difficult to predict the future in the area of CTI. Doing so requires a network of customers and distributors that indicate which desires and needs are not currently fulfilled.

Based on customer comments, it is easier to develop and remain at the leading edge of current and future technology in the area of telecommunications.

CTI software, which connects telephony to PC’s, has long been ready for the IP technology that has taken a serious hold around the world over the last few years.

Many people believe that IP telephony has given users a lot of new facilities. This is not true, as IP telephony is just another medium for carrying speech.
