world as potential customers for Miralix CTI software
products, which can be connected to ISDN or IP telephony
systems.
Target group
The products are therefore aimed at a large target group,
and since the Miralix products are software-based, they are
easy to distribute globally.
Miralix is currently focussing on the European market, where
its working partners have their head offices located.

Miralix is a Philips Business Partner, covering the
international distribution of Miralix Email & Calendar
systems in all countries where Philips has offices (approx.
27 countries).
In addition to distribution through Philips, Miralix has
distributor agreements with European suppliers of Philips
telephone systems and Alcatel switchboard systems.

Primary market
Miralix’s primary market is Denmark, where Miralix has its
head office.
The Danish market is perfect for an innovative IT company
like Miralix, as Danish customers have high expectations and
desires in relation to their individual telephony.
Miralix is therefore launching many pilot projects for new
products which have to be adapted to customers’
infrastructure and communication needs.
Housing associations and student residences
Miralix has been developing debiting systems with associated
answering machines, self-service services, telephone control
and other optional modules for housing associations and
student residences.
The systems are unique in that they are modular, so that the
housing association or student residence can start with a
base module providing the most common facilities, and then
purchase extra facilities as required.
