Board of Directors

The directors on the Miralix board have been chosen specifically with the innovative, international and future-oriented CTI (Computer and Telephony Integration) market in mind.

Miralix’s priorities continue to be to expand exports, develop innovative communication solutions and maintain a structured company.

The directors on the Miralix board have therefore been selected based on these focus areas – each director has been carefully chosen in order to be able to advise Miralix within their specific area of expertise.

Chairman of the Board
Name: Mads Transel	Mads Transel has worked within the telecoms sector his entire professional life, primarily as a manager in the areas of sales, marketing, service, outsourcing and international positioning. Mads currently works as a sales manager in a large telecoms company, where he is responsible for telesales, sector agreements and sales operations.

Director
Name: Dir. John Andersen	John Andersen has a background in the financial world, where he has specialised in banking, marketing, management, sponsorship, market analyses and internationalisation. He is able to draw on this experience in his work on the Miralix board.

Director
Name: Dir. Preben Kirkeby	Preben Kirkeby is a director of Miralix and NW Gruppen A/S. NW Gruppen supplies telecoms solutions throughout Denmark. He has previously been employed at NCR and AT&T, including positions as marketing manager and sales manager, including a position in the USA.
