Miralix is a NEC Philips Business Partner. Miralix software for the Philips SSV60E PC switchboard is distributed through Philips’ global sales channels. The software is also certified by NEC Philips.

Miralix is an Alcatel Lucent Application Partner. This gives us greater access to the code in Alcatel Lucent telephone systems, so that Miralix can develop products which work perfectly with Alcatel Lucent OmniPCX Office (OXO) and Alcatel Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) switchboard/telephone systems.

Miralix is an Dialogic Technology Partner (ETP) with Dialogic Networks Corporation, an international manufacturer of products such as voice cards. Dialogic distributes and supports their products in approx. 80 countries. Miralix’s voice/sound products are supplied together with ISDN, Analogue and IP cards from Eicon Networks.

WatchGuard is an international supplier of professional firewalls, which Miralix uses when supplying network equipment through the company’s management agreements (IT support).

Extreme Networks is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of modular and scalable professional switches. Miralix generally uses Extreme’s Summit, Alpine and Aspen switches, as they are very high quality and can be configured to perfectly match each company’s requirements (EASP and ESRP).

KPN is the Netherlands’ largest distributor of telecommunications and telephony. KPN has certified Miralix’s statistical tool, Miralix TrafficAnalyzer for Philips iS3000 telephone systems, after a long test period. When such a large distributor certifies a product, it is a quality stamp indicating that the product gives customers value for money.

Sonofon and Miralix have worked together for many years to develop a solution to integrate mobile telephony with our customers’ way of doing business. StatusPlan and Miralix MobileLink are an example of how customers can keep track of when mobile phones are available, engaged or switched off. All monitoring takes place automatically from the company’s PC’s.
