Miralix 3000Server is an application offering extended functionality and making it possible to operate your telephone system more easily and much more effectively.

The company, which has integrated the Miralix 3000Server with the telephone system will be able to perform some of the operation the teletechnician used to make. Operations like set up, changing abb. numbers and CNND, were previous a job for experts.

But with Miralix 3000Server your company will save time and money by changing those data yourself.

 

Standard facilities:
Miralix 3000Server has a lot of facilities, which are included as standard. The functionality in Miralix 3000Server can be expanded with add-on tools.

Monitor alarms in the system:
When the Miralix 3000Server registers, for example, an alarm in the telephone system, it can retrieve information about it and write it in a text file or pack it into an email ( or in a SMS message - requires a Miralix SMS Gateway Basic) and send it directly to the appropriate people, e.g. the service company and the customer’s system maintenance personnel.

Log FDCR (Fully Detailed Call Recordings):
The Miralix 3000Server can save data in a text file to be used later for generating statistics. Using Miralix CSV Convert the textfiles will be converted for use in e.g. Microsoft Access and thereby make the textfiles readable.



Create and change speed-dial numbers:
Previously only telecommunications technicians were allowed to create and change speed-dial numbers in the switchboard, but now you can make these changes yourself using the Miralix 3000 Server.



Change CNND (Calling Name and Number Display):

“Calling Name and Number Display” means that the system automatically shows the correct name and number for the caller. As with the speed-dial numbers, the Miralix 3000 Server makes it possible for you to change the relevant data without help from a technician.



Miralix Remote:
Miralix Remote is placed as a small icon on the screen and allows you to go in and make “Follow me” or “Do Not Disturb” changes at any time. Thereby you are able to set up a “Follow Me” to, for example, your mobile phone, secretary, or the switch-board, etc. or set an extension in DND (FACM24) directly from your screen anywhere on the network. Please note that you don’t have to press any keys on the telephone itself.



View DNR: This application can generate a list, which shows the hardware address of each extension.


Add on applications:
Miralix 3000Server enables you to adapt one or more of the following additional applications to your company´s needs
Miralix Time (Add-on):
Is an application which allows time-based “Follow Me” to alternative phonenumbers (both internal and external) at closing time, during holidays, or just during lunch at your workplace. This saves you for having to worry about how to forward calls manually again and again.

Miralix Manager (Add-on):
The goal of Miralix Manager is to save you the inconvenience and expense of calling a service technician to make simple changes. It allows you to go into the telephone system yourself and make the required changes, quickly and easily.

Miralix Manager makes it for example possible to:
- Set up extension numbers
- Move extension numbers
- Change facility class marks
- Change groups
- Change traffic class

Miralix Shutdown (Add-on):
Is an application, which makes it possible to change the traffic class for an extension. One example might be a hotel that wants to disable the telephone during times when they don’t want anyone to make calls from a particular extension, e.g. from a hotel room when it's not occupied.

Miralix Budget (Add-on)
Is an application that makes it possible for the company to debit conversations.

Miralix Budget gives you the following possibilities:
- Set money into an extension account
- Obtain an overview over the extension accounts

The application is very useful for hotels, student hostels and other places where you have the need to debit the conversations

Miralix ChangeClusterID (Add-on):
Is an application, which allows you to make changes to a PVN network encompassing several switchboards.

The customer can specify himself where calls to the main number are to be answered – via a simple, discreet window on his PC.
Miralix Chance ClusterID is useful for companies and organizations that have more than one switchboard with different openings- and closing time.
Miralix WebRemote (Addon):
This application is a webenablet version of the standard facility, Miralix Remote. The application makes it possible via the internet to control your extension. It enables you e.g. to change “Follow me” from the internet while you are on a business trip.
Miralix SMS Gateway (Addon):
Purchasing Miralix SMS Gateway enables you to control your extension via your Mobile phone.

The application gives the employee via SMS the following possibilities:
- Set and remove “Do not disturb” on the extension
- Set and remove “Follow me” on the extension
- Obtain status over the extension
- See and Create appointments in the calendar
- Send an email via the Mobile Phone
- Receive emails to the Mobile Phone - and send SMS messages 
  from an email
