Miralix DND Robot is a
full-integrated application that improves the service level
towards the customer and colleagues. Through the calendar
appointments the calls will automatically be diverted to the
handy, the voicemail or the switchboard. via the company’s
calendar system automatically sets the phone in “Do not
disturb”- or “follow me” accordingly to what there has been
typed in the employee's calendar.
The employee can thereby plan
the day at work via the calendar and use the time more
efficient without being interrupted.
The company will appear much more efficient and functional
because the employee's extension number constantly follows
the calendar.
Miralix DND Robot makes it possible for the employee, via
the calendar, automatically to control the extension number.
It is thereby possible to set
the phone in “do not disturb” or “follow me” to; the mobile
phone, home office workplace or to Voice mail.
By for example booking a meeting, the DND Robot will, by the
start of the meeting, set the phone in “do not disturb” and
remove it again at the end of the meeting.
Miralix DND Robot takes in other words care of the problem
with phones ringing without anyone answering them.
Do not disturb during department meetings
As an exceptional feature, Miralix DND Robot allows you to
coordinate several parties. If, for example, you book a
meeting with colleagues, the robot can be set up so that it
automatically sets the telephones of all those involved to
“Do not disturb”.

facilities:
