Miralix Manager is a unique application that makes it possible to adjust the telecommunication after your company's needs.
You are thereby able to tailor-make each extension according to its own needs for communication.

Miralix Manager is extremely user-friendly. Therefore you do not have to be a tele-technician to use this application.

The application works by first typing the extension number of the employee who shall have data changes made.

Miralix Manager will then show the screen picture shown below, and give the user following possibilities for adjustments:



Create: A new extension.

Move:  The extension of for example an employee who has
           changed department.

Delete: Erase the extension.


Traffic class:
This facility enables the company to change the extension's traffic class and thereby user define the single extension's need for communication.



Traffic class settings:
- Operator + 112: The extension can only make calls to the
  operator and to the Emergency number.

- Internal calls: There can only be made calls internally in the
  company.

- Denmark: Only national calls.

- Denmark + Cell phones: Only make national calls and to Cell
  phones.

- Special numbers: You can make calls to for example information
  numbers.

- Europe + 10XX: Ability to make calls to all European number.

- World: You can call the whole world.

- 90X: Service numbers with 90X in front.


Call forwarding / Follow me:
This facility gives the user the possibility to user define where the extension shall be diverted to when the phone; is busy; not answered; or when not reachable.

Furthermore is it possible to differentiate between ”follow me” for internal and external calls.


Facility class marks:
The user will with this facility be able quick and easy to manage 18 different facility class marks.

Among other things it is possible to lower the priority for an extension to e.g. not being able to set Do Not Disturb or Follow Me.

Twinning:
Facility that makes a self-determined extension call every time your own extension call. This facility is commonly used in companies where both wireless- and normal phones are being used.

Service:
The user is with this facility able to switch extensions on and off.

Hotline:
This facility enables you to configure the extension with a by forehand typed number.

The facility is extremely useable because you will be able to set the door phone to call a special number every time someone uses it. The facility is also commonly used in connection with a fax machine.

Miralix Manager gives your company the possibility easy and quick to make changes and adjustments in the telephone exchange.

The user interface is made easy and understandable and you do not have to be IT skilled when using Miralix Manager.

Via Miralix 3000Server you will be able to set an entry code which thereby only allows the right persons to access the Miralix Manager.


Add-on product:

Miralix Group Manager is an application that gives the company the ability to add groups in the telephone system.

Groups are becoming more and more popular and therefore
is Miralix Group Manager very useable because your company now will be able to set up working groups and furthermore able to add and remove the extensions to several groups.



Accordingly your company is able to define how the calls to the group shall be handled.

Miralix Group Manager uses an easy and understandable user interface and will by using the application save money on not having a technician making the data changes.



The screen picture shows you an overview over the groups in your company. You will be able to make changes, adjustments and additions in those groups without any use of cables or likewise.

With a single right click on a group and afterwards a click on the icon ”Group info” you will gather information about which extensions there are in the chosen group.

In that way you will obtain a clear view and can easy add new extension numbers to the group.



Miralix Group Manager gives the following possibilities for calls to the group:

Call Pickup: Answer a call for a busy colleague via a user defined phone bottom.

Cyclic Hunting: Phones in the group will ring on shift.

Fixed Hunting: Make a priority for the phones in a group.

Multiple Ring: All the extension in the group will ring at the same time.
