Many companies make use of the mobile phones as a tool to make the employees more mobile in execution of their work and to provide a more flexible workday.

Miralix has developed MobileLink which gives the operator the possibility to see when the mobile phones are busy, idle or “out of service” .

Moreover Miralix MobileLink provides a connection between the mobile phone and the calendar system. The simtoolkit menu from SONOFON gives you among other things the possibility to arrange a meeting. The meeting will directly be added in the calendar system (Outlook, Notes or GroupWise).

Miralix MobileLink communicates with SONOFON StatusPlan (a Danish teleoperator) and works independent of which telephone system your company use

Busy lamp field

When clicking on the right mouse button Miralix Phone Monitor will give you following possibilities:

- Automatic message box, when the mobile number is idle again



- Automatic call-back, when the mobile phone of the colleague is
  idle again (only when having CSTA licenses in the telephone
  system)

- Each employee using this client can individually decide which
  mobile numbers to monitor

- Get the calendar of the single employee very quickly (add on
  module)

Send quick and easy a message via SMS and email (email is an
  add on module)



- It is furthermore possible to monitor groups. Using a drop down
  menu the employee can switch between monitoring i.e. the sales
  department and the purchase department. The monitor client
  shows then only the mobile phones in the particularly group

The customer service level is enhanced 

The client provides the operator and the employees with a great view over the employees´ mobile activities. The application is a great service tool, giving the customers the correct information about the employee's whereabouts instead of diverting the call to the mobile phone that either is busy or “out of service”.

Moving the mouse over the icon, placed anywhere on the screen, Miralix Phone Monitor will pop-up. Moving the mouse away again Miralix Phone Monitor will disappear, only leaving the icon on the screen.

You can also choose to let Miralix Phone Monitor stay on the screen. Moreover a Hotkey is built-in. Pressing for example ”Alt+Q” the program will pop-up on the screen.


Integration with SONOFON StatusPlan

Miralix MobileLink communicates with SONOFON StatusPlan. StatusPlan and Miralix MobileLink give the users a simtoolkit menu on their mobile phones. The menu enables the user to get status of his or hers day at work. Colleagues and the operator have the possibility to follow the activities of the employee and thereby give the customers correct information about the accessibility of the employee.

The picture beneath shows some of the alternatives on the mobile phone. With a single click the menu will be activated.



The menu in the SONOFON StatusPlan is easy to use. The employee simply choose the status which fits the situation. The chosen status will automatically be transferred into the calendar system of the employee.

When a customer wishes to speak with the employee, colleagues and the operator will very easy and quick be able to see the employee's calendar and then provide the customer with correct information about the employee's accessibility.

Integration with IP-Telefoni & PC switchboards
Different telephone systems can be integrated with Miralix MobileLink. The PC switchboard with Miralix MobileLink will be able to monitor mobile numbers as well as extensions and hereby provide the customers with optimal service. Miralix MobileLink can be integrated with the following products.

Philips SSV60E PC switchboard:
When the operator search an extension the add on product, Miralix B-field scanner, will automatically show whether the mobile phone is busy, idle or “out of service”.

The status of the mobile number will be shown when the operator via the add on module Miralix GreenBox DBC search an extension. This facility requires the purchase of Miralix GreenBox DBC.
