Miralix MobileOperator is a PC based switchboard that quick, efficient and easy handle calls and increase the service level in your company.

The PC switchboard can either automatically or with a single keystroke i.e. ”Alt+Q” be shown on the computer screen. This facility can be a great help for the busy operator, who avoid switching between the programs when calls enter the reception.

The Miralix MobileOperator is modularly build. You can therefore purchase those modules which fulfil your needs and wishes.

Hotkeys
Miralix MobileOperator has several Hotkeys that help the operator perform great service. The different hotkeys are described below.

Secretary:
Is the employee absent can the operator press “F9” and divert the call to the secretary of the employee.

Department name:
Can the searched employee not be reached is the operator with a single keystroke able to have all employees in the particularly department listed.

Phone numbers:
Shows all alternative phone numbers of the employee. The operator has then the possibility to reach the employee for very important calls.

Ext. numbers:
This hotkey can be used as a phonebook. Often used phone numbers i.e. customers, suppliers, hotels and taxi can be listed and give the operator easy access to them.

Call log:
This facility can both be used for statistic and for service towards the employees. With a single keystroke “F10” the operator will be shown a log of the call handling.

Absence note for the user:
This facility enables the user of Miralix MobileOperator to set up an absent appointment for the employee. The appointment can be chosen to be shown in the calendar of the employee as well. When the employee is shown in the B-part Miralix MobileOperator will show the appointment in the yellow information field.

In the drop-down picture you will be able to further assign a predefined text to the absence note. The note will be shown in the yellow field (in the switchboard)

Absence note for an entire department:
Using this facility the operator does not have to remember when i.e. department meetings or seminars are held.

The operator simply make the date, time and text for the meeting available in Miralix MobileOperator.

The appointment will while the meeting is held be available for the operator every time one of the participant parts are searched for in Miralix MobileOperator.

E-mail address
Phone messages are very quick and easy send to employee´s with the correct information.

The operator simply press “Alt+F8” and an email is automatic generated with following information:

▪ The emailaddress of the employee
▪ Date and time
▪ A-number of the customer
▪ Name if known in the ”Phonebook”
▪ Optional text

Calendar
The Operator has the possibility to access the entire calendar of the employee simply by pressing “Ctrl+F8” or via the multi choice menu. This facility is add on.
