Status on Extensions
Miralix Phone Monitor is a product, which allows extensions to be monitored. These extensions can be connected to the customer’s various addresses.

You can see the status of precisely the extensions you have chosen to monitor, in the client window on any PC on the network.


The following components are included as standard in Miralix Phone Monitor:

Calls to an extension:
If a call is placed to an extension, this will be shown on the Miralix Phone Monitor client. If you are looking after that person’s telephone, you can take over the call.

Do not disturb:
If “Do not disturb” has been entered for an extension number, the Miralix Phone Monitor client will show that that extension cannot be called. .

Calls from an extension:
 
The Miralix Phone Monitor client shows whether an extension is in the process of placing a call.

Diverted:
The Miralix Phone Monitor client shows whether a particular extension is presently being diverted.

Colours:
You can utilise colour to make it quick and easy to
get a grasp of the situation.

Queue:
Queue monitor shows the number of calls waiting per extension

Several departments:
The Miralix Phone Monitor client can monitor several phone systems and different addresses at the same time.


'Quick access to PhoneMonitor
The Miralix Phone Monitor client can be called up quickly and easily by moving the mouse over the tab, which you can place anywhere on your screen.

If you move the mouse away again, the Miralix Phone Monitor client disappears and the tab is ready again. You can also choose to let the Miralix Phone Monitor client be visible all the time, and you can even tick a box to make it stay on top of the other windows. Furthermore a hotkey function has been built in so that a key combination, e.g. “Alt-Q”, can be used to bring up the program.

Internet:
The Miralix Phone Monitor client also works well over the Internet, so each employee can have access to facilities from their home office, which were previously only available on the company premises.


Miralix Phone Monitor gives furthermore following possibilities:

- Answer a call from a busy colleague

- Make a speed call from the PC

- Automatically call back when Idle

- Automatically message when Idle

 

- Send email or see particularly person calendar. Send SMS (
  requires Miralix MobileLink, click for more info)

 

- Indicated by +/- Miralix Phone Monitor shows groupstatus
  (present or absent).
