Miralix Queue is a PC-based queue product that allows you to pick up waiting calls from groups in the telephone system.

Miralix Queue allows you to easily manage all incoming calls to your company’s most important telephone numbers.
      

Features:
- Click on the button for a particular group or type ALT-X to pick up
  the call that has been waiting longest
- Type CTRL-X to display a list of waiting calls in the particular
  queue. Use the arrow keys to select a call from the list and press
  ENTER to pick it up.

Applications:
This product is ideal for call centres and reception desks, and for groups or people who need to be able to easily prioritise incoming calls – for example, internal versus external calls.

Miralix Queue can operate within a network of telephone systems from different manufacturers. Miralix Queue can also be installed in environments with combined or separate IP and ISDN telephony.

Miralix Queue can be installed separately on individual PC’s or be implemented in Miralix PC switchboard, OfficeOperator, as a queue module.


Miralix Queue makes it possible:
- To group, prioritise and answer incoming calls
- To more easily manage calls to your company
- For employees to assist in answering calls during busy periods
- To have individual queue displays for groups or people which
  are relevant to the particular users
- To open several queue modules on the same PC
- For each button to display calls from several group and
