Miralix SMS Gateway Basic is a unique application for the busy employee who now will be able to control his or hers extension via the Mobile phone.

The Mobile phone works in a way like a remote control and furthermore gives the possibility to user define the codes that are used.

Following possibilities are available for SMS Gateway basic with examples of those remote codes that are used:

Set and remove Do Not Disturb
By for example typing a “D” in the SMS your extension will be set in “Do not disturb”.

Shortly afterwards the SMS modem will have registered the message and sent a receipt with following: “Do not disturb on 975”.

The employee has the possibility to remove ”Do not disturb” from the extension again. All you need is to type a simple code, for example “RD”.

Set and remove Follow me
With Miralix SMS Gateway Basic the employees will furthermore have the possibility, through the Mobile phone, to set their extensions in ”Follow me” to; the home office; a customer or other places. What they need is only to type a “F” and the number they want their extension to be diverted to.

The SMS message can be typed as following:

The employee will a moment later receive the SMS message with following text:
”Follow me 975 -> 026809823”.

If only a “F” is sent then your extension will be diverted to your Mobile phone.

Miralix SMS Gateway Basic gives furthermore the user the possibility to obtain status over the extension, for example ”Do not disturb” or ”Follow me”.

This operation is similarly performed quickly and easily only with typing a single “S” you will receive the status of your extension.
