Incoming A-number conversion:
Enables the company to divert all incoming calls to certain
extensions.This facility is especially useful for
companies that e.g. have more department placed on different
addresses and where each department closes their main number
down at different times.
Assistant call:
This facility makes you able to decide what in general shall
happened to busy- or “Do not disturb” calls, e.g. that the
calls in the daytime shall end at the operator but stays on
the extension at night. Calls to an extension will then hear
that the extension is busy al- though the operator is closed
for the night.
Traffic classes:
The facility gives you the possibility to change traffic
classes in such a way that it is impossible for chosen
extensions to make international calls.
Possibility automatically sending a SMS message to the
Mobile phone, e.g. as a reminder to the employee the
particularly day.
Via “Run Dates” Miralix Time enables you via a duty
roster to control where the main numbers shall be converted
