Miralix has developed a product that via a web
interface give the employees the possibility to
record their telephone conversations and store them
in standard audio files for later use.
The user:
Miralix Voice2Disc is via the secured web interface
easy to use. Via the web interface the user is able
to record, find, listen and delete his own audio
files.
The administrator
An administrator web interface is included in the
Miralix Voice2Disc package. Users can i.e. be
created and deleted in the administrator web
interface.
The audio files can be listened to through the users
own standard sound system in their PC.
With Miralix Voice2Disc your company will have a
digital recording system that stores your telephone
conversations directly in your own standard file
system. The recording system enables your company to
obtain a clear overview over the employees recorded
telephone conversations. For the users it is easy to
find the wanted recording and use it for the right
purpose.
Miralix Voice2Disc has as standard a configuration
that provides the company with the possibility to
record 2 telephone conversations at the same time.
If required Miralix Voice2Disc can be enlarged to
record more simultaneously Telephone conversations.
